Important: This is an on-site position at our Odesa city center office (not remote).
Your Responsibilities
Support the Disposition Department with daily operations
Coordinate and monitor drivers and shipments across Europe
Track transport progress to ensure on-time deliveries
Keep accurate records of orders, suppliers, and customers
Handle delivery issues, returns, and transport damages professionally
Communicate with partners and suppliers to ensure smooth workflows
Prepare and issue shipping and transport documents
Your Profile
Fluent in English (B2 or higher) – German or Polish is an advantage
Strong communication and coordination skills
Reliable, organized, and calm under pressure
Proactive and responsible, with an eye for detail
Team player who can also work independently
Basic understanding of transport/logistics processes and good IT skills
Compensation & Benefits
Fixed monthly salary:
First 6 months: €500
Months 7–12: €750
After 12 months: €1,000
Monthly performance bonuses (average):
First 6 months: ~€500
Months 7–12: ~€750
After 12 months: ~€1,000+
Total expected income (salary + bonuses):
First 6 months: ~€1,000/month
Months 7–12: ~€1,500/month
After 12 months: €2,000+/month
